My “premium composted topsoil” was full of rocks, sticks, and chunks of clay and wood. It was what I would consider low-quality fill dirt, and not at all what I needed for seeding a lawn. I would’ve been better off just seeding directly on the hard pan soil that was already in my yard. Very disappointed, and will go to their competitors next time. Mulch Monkeys are more expensive, but I hope offer a better product than this garbage.
