Last Jan. I arraged ffor a plaque in memory of my daughter, Tracy Nepivoda. installation Date early Nov. Dod not ask for terms, but was offered terms.. Never was there a time frame attached to terms. When making inquiry was-told, that 3/4 of total price was to be paid before they even begn to make the plaque. But then said that he would begin immediately, but I still have not received an update. I think the sections need to be visibly marked. Dead grass on the markers needs to be cleaned of after each mowing. Some stones are so covered you can hardly see it. I was very disappointed.
