Angelika and Zaeba, the property management, are good people. They are kind and straightforward. They were very responsive during my application process and made me feel welome when I signed my lease. Jose, the maintenance manager, is great. He came out promptly to address issues I flagged during my first week, but I haven't had anything go wrong afterwards... a testament to the tight ship he runs. I always see him around and he's perpetually cheerful and energetic.

I spent three wonderful years in Monticello Lee... The management office is responsive, accommodating, and-- most importantly-- dedicated to building and maintaining a community: My neighbors and I enjoyed holiday parties; a manicured courtyard with a "home base" gazebo and functional grills; and a work-out room. Angelika is an amazing leasing agent and manager! She makes things happen and is always a delightful presence!!! She is am an omnibus professional who ensures maintenance requests are completed, makes superb restaurant and shopping recommendations and myriad other talents! She is the heart and soul of the complex!!!
