Make yourself a favor and NEVER BUY a Monticello Home. Low quality materials. They never admit their fault in the poor quality of construction. WORST PART: don’t think they are going to respond for warranties. This is never going to happen.

Great looking models. Quality not quite what you would expect. Electrical breaker failures at 26 months (attributed to install). Leaking tile roof after 3 years. Builder will not honor any repairs even a month after the warranty period expires. All out of pocket. I expected more.
