There is zero inventory. The staff member ( Lorri Cutler) rushes through the financing, builder incentives and she is impatient and disrespectful. Also does not follow up with potential customers. All things considered will not buy a Drees Home at this location due to the previously mentioned issues with Lorri Cutler.
Tracy Stockton is a fabulous rep and is super good with follow up and constant updates! She knows her product and makes the home build/buy so seamless! Great person and team member!
This builder offers nice upgrades with a custom look to their homes. Floor plans are functional and modern with open plan layouts. This community has both inventory move in ready homes and to be built homes when you choose your own lot. It is always advised to work with a real estate agent when constructing a new home build.
