Jay has always responded to my calls and addressed my issues. I realize that his department can't always do everything I would like, but hey, that's life. I think he and his guys do the best they can. What more can I ask?
These butchers just ripped all the trees and flowering bushes from my yard. Even the ones on MY property. They removed dozens of wild bird nests and left my yard looking horrible. Lawsuit incoming. It's illegal to remove trees from my property, you're not God.
A leak in water main. Town came within an hour and repaired it within three hours. Great response. Great service. Great job !
