My family had been going to them for years with no issues. In the last couple years something seemed to change and it seemed like we could not have a cleaning without reported cavities. My son would comment that his teeth didn't hurt and didn't believe he had cavities. For another year we came back every 6 months, next time there were x-rays, their were more cavities. The place is a joke! I had sevices done in August of 2018 and I agreed to pay $900 out of pocket through scheduled credit card payments. I infact paid on time as planned the entire $900 and a year later they are now contacting me telling me they made a mistake on what my insurance was going to pay and I now owe another $800. I told them that wasn't what I had agreed to a year ago when the service was done and if I knew it was going to cost that much I wouldn't have done the services.
