Dr Hannah Sells was very knowledgeable and informative of the procedures I need. She gave several options, and made sure I understood them with my decisions. I will highly recommend her in the future.
Very rude staff!!! They were very unhelpful and unprofessional. I even overheard them talking bad about other customers... Would never recommend this place to anyone.
I recently had an experience where my 2 year old son had an appointment. I called to cancel due to him running a high fever, cough, congestion. I myself was also sick. The front explained I would owe. I told her I would be happy to bring a note from his pediatrician but did not think I needed to bring my child in. She then stated “ you won’t be charged this time, but you need to fill out your paperwork” in a rude tone. I had no link for paper work. I then received a text for a $50 charge. I had to get multiple crowns and fillings and through every step along the way the staff and Dr. Sells was nothing but professional and accommodating. It was an actual pleasure to have my teeth drilled, shaved, cemented, sewn and covered over the past year and change. Truly a wonderful group of human beings, highly recommended.
Dr. Ward is kind, considerate and professional.
