Dan took on my property even though there wasn’t much to be made for him as far as profit but treated me like I was making him millions. Ended up being a giant pain and took forever to sell but Dan was nothing short of 100% enthusiastic and extremely helpful the entire time, gave great advice and was extremely supportive and helpful. He has my highest recommendation to anyone and everyone. If I ever am in need of help with realty he will be my first and second call.
