Denis and his team came recommended to us by a friend who’s a very reputable architect. They did a rear addition in our house. Great people to work with, very knowledgeable contractor. They always kept us informed of the whole process while we were living down in Florida :)
Unfortunately I had two pipes burst in my second floor and basement because my daughter accidentally turned off the heater while we were traveling during Thanksgiving. As aggravating as that was, they made it about as painless as they could. Monticello Construction came in and did a remarkable job at not only removing all of the water but they were very efficient as well at restoring my second floor bathroom, second floor walls and floor, and the whole basement.
