The employee who set my account up gave me no information on anything at all. I asked her if she could explain the app to me and she handed me a folder and told me to have a good day. I was told a manager would call over a different issue but one never did. When I called back about it the manager spoke with attitude towards me and wasn’t apologetic towards my situation regardless if it was a “big deal” or not.
