Your frontlne workers . . . tellers . . . . do a superb job and I have a banking transaction or multiple transactions most every day. They know me, they know how to handle my accounts, and this comes from them taking a personal interest on how I want my deposits handled. The only negative feedback I can give is I see a LOT of turnover of personnel. MBC on Cave Mill Road in Bowling Green,KY is our go to for banking and loans. Friendly and very helpful in any transaction we have ever done with the bank. The facility is very nice, clean and modern, and the staff are always able to help with any questions or concerns we may have. Much more personal than a national chain. I highly recommend them for all you financial needs. Great Job!
