Amazing customer service.They really treated my wife with kid gloves. She is very petrified of the dentist.And they made it as easy as possible. For her, we have been back for 2 sessions, and she has been relaxed each time.We have a lot more work to do, and she is looking forward to it with no pain or anxiety. nesh and cristen assistants helped her through her procedure. 10/10 would recommend to anyone with high anxieties

On 12/04/24, I went to the Lakewood Ranch Office in regards to molar root canal. I was informed that the work can be done on 12/10/24 when the endodontist arrives, and on the 19th, I can come in for the crown. I agreed and was asked to prepay $230. I made payment and looked forward to my appointment. Later in the week, Kristen called me and informed me that they would have to reschedule my root canal for the 19th, the same day as my crown was scheduled due to the endodontist not being there that day. Painless first time in my life DOC Shaw is the very best.
I had not been to a dentist in 3 years and was not excited to find a new dentist. Syeda was so sweet and helpful and calmed my nerves about the whole process. Dr. Shaw was great. I will definitely be making this my regular dentist.
