Would give zero stars if I could. After living in this community for nearly two years I learned this is a very unethical company. Management changed 10 months ago and since new management arrived things have drastically gone downhill; this is no longer a safe place to live. We have lived at this property for over a year and have had repeated issues with the staff as well as the housing. We had no hot water from the moment we moved in and took three days to get it fixed and had to do laundry and shower at a friend's home. In the winter our heater went out and when we spoke to the maintenance staff about it they said "well 69 degrees is not a bad temp for a house"... shouldn't the heat work no matter WHAT the temp is??
