Couldn't recommend enough, a very wide selection of low, mid and high end motorcycles. Very clean, near and organized showroom. Also big selection on riding gear for man and women. Maintenance department is also amazing great staff and will to explain anything you ask. I bought my Ducati street fighter V2 3 years ago with Jason, great personality and attitude with the entire process, algo help my wife to get her and we couldn't be happier with the service from all the staff, awesome place to go.
Easily the worst experience I've had with any dealership. I purchased a bike from them 3 months ago and I still don't have my registration, plates, or title. I tried working with them to fix this, but never once received a call back from their title clerk or sales manager even when I provided them the specifics of what the DMV needed to move forward. My salesman Janson was very professional and patient with me. He walked me through the entire process and answered all of my calls and questions. I will be using Jason again when I upgrade.
I recently bought a Shoei x15 helmet on line. (Open box). I felt pretty comfortable as I previously had a number of Shoei helmets which fit well. I received the helmet, and it was too tight with pressure spots on my forehead. I checked the Shoei site, and discovered the custom fitting system.
