I wanted to thank Montgomerville Acura Service for always giving me a great customer experience. I've been servicing my Acura MDX that I bought certified used there 8 years ago. I've yet to have any issues and have only had to do routine maintenance. Brian Grimason in particular has been the person I had worked with most. He is now the service manager. Had an amazing experience with Andrew Dietsch and his team. I purchased a certified pre own car from another dealer and had warranty issues the first month!!!! Not only was Andrew willing to help me with fixing the issue he also showed compassion and empathy regarding my frustrated situation. Thanks again.

Very quick and easy to get my typical tune up. Weekends are better if you need a loaner for an hour or two. Highly recommend for efficient and friendly service for busy people!
