This is a terrible excuse for a business. I brought my engagement ring in to get resized- it was 1/4 of a size too big so it barely needed any work. The ring had belonged to my fiances great grandmother, so it was a very important family heirloom. The woman at the front of the store dropped the ring when I handed it to her- I should have seen this as a red flag, as it was very unprofessional. I took my expensive brand new Rado watch (worth around $1200) to Montgomery's Jewelry store in Starkville, MS to get the band adjusted. The jeweler took a look at it. He was messing around with it for a while and eventually he told me that he was not able to figure it out. When I got home, I looked at my watch and I saw that the band was damaged. I have used Montgomery Jewelry for over 30 years and have been more than pleased with all aspects of their business. The Montgomery family has been an asset to Starkville, MS, and I have found the business to be very fair in their prices. They are also very accomodating to all requests. After moving away, I can call them and order things and they will wrap and send the gifts for me.

Do not bring your jewelry here for any servicing. They are extremely over price and have very poor quality work. I brought in a watch to be sized-a very simple fix... it took them days and when I went to pick it up, they had scratch the band up terribly.... When I asked them about it, the lady was very rude and refused to take responsibility for their actions.... they charged me $22 for a crappy job and poor attitude. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
