Used this company in 2024 to repair a furnace ignition switch. Very helpful with finding out about warranty coverage and prompt service. It wasn't until last week when I received the bill from the work that was done in 2024, with no consideration from the company that it was over a year late. Very poor communication and took 5 visits to get it right. We had this company quote our house for the gas install, and discussed throughout the house what would be done. After day one, we were left with a mess of slapped together half finished work with few exceptions. They missed discussed and quoted work, and the excuse was Rob forgot to tell them what they were doing...
