Very poor communication and took 5 visits to get it right. We had this company quote our house for the gas install, and discussed throughout the house what would be done. After day one, we were left with a mess of slapped together half finished work with few exceptions. Won't do quotes. I'm not an hvac professional, I don't know what work is needed which is why I tried calling someone who should know. But they refused to do a quote and would only setup workorders. Moving on to try and find a company that is helpful.
