So I bought a digital clock/calendar, item# SW305709 for $89.99 Then a month or so later the price drops to $59.99. I called customer service today and they won't give me an adjustment. This is a $30 difference. Next time I go to Best Buy. Stay away from Montgomery Ward. Customer satisfaction is not part of their mission statement

I had been with Ward's for over 12 years. I expressed having some financial issues. The representative stated that there was nothing they could so. Mind you, I had never missed a payment nor been late. Threatened to send me to collections. I told them to close the account, and send it to collections. A week later, I get a letter about making arrangements. They never consider, nor lower your interest rates. Always quick to increase your limit, but not your score. My wife ordered a cape last fall. Montgomery Ward sent the wrong one, after much dispute, they finally sent a return address label paid for by Montgomery Ward. She received a letter stating her account had been credited for cape in May, and another letter dated 4 days later that said if she doesn't pay up her bill would be turned over to a collection agency ! Our credit rating is about as high as you can get. That is very important to us/

I received a flyer in the mail last week, and opened an account to help raise my credit score. I purchased a pink butterfly print tote. To my surprise the bag arrived in less than a week. I absolutely love it!

I'm new to this company. Every time I call I get wrong information or conflicting information. Today, I called and spoke with a supervisor named Karen after being transferred 3 times. She refused to give me the CEO's name and the address to send a letter. Every phone call I'm transferred to the wrong department or someone who doesn't know anything.
