So I bought a digital clock/calendar, item# SW305709 for $89.99 Then a month or so later the price drops to $59.99. I called customer service today and they won't give me an adjustment. This is a $30 difference. Next time I go to Best Buy. Stay away from Montgomery Ward. Customer satisfaction is not part of their mission statement

One of their circular saw's exploded in my hand, I filed a report with our local walmart that was sent to main office. Have not received a text or a call from main office??? I m guessing I will have to turn it over to a lawyer???

I received a flyer in the mail last week, and opened an account to help raise my credit score. I purchased a pink butterfly print tote. To my surprise the bag arrived in less than a week. I absolutely love it!

I had been with Ward's for over 12 years. I expressed having some financial issues. The representative stated that there was nothing they could so. Mind you, I had never missed a payment nor been late. Threatened to send me to collections. I told them to close the account, and send it to collections. A week later, I get a letter about making arrangements. They never consider, nor lower your interest rates. Always quick to increase your limit, but not your score.
