It's my cat's first appointment with Dr Ross. I am very happy so far how Dr Ross took his time listening to my concerns and he was so kind. Thank you so very much Dr Ross and the team for taking care of my cat and taking us as your new patient.
The staff always takes such great care of our kitty! They’re very responsive and always try to get our us in asap and help work around our schedule. This is the only vet we take our kitty too, definitely recommend!

Dr. Ross and the team at Montgomery Village Vet Clinic are amazing! They take amazing care of our special little fur baby, Lucy. We were recommended to them by my Grandma who had been taking her dogs there since 90's! I love this clinic and recommend it to anyone who has a fur baby they need taken care of.
Beyond disappointed to hear how far the service standards have dropped here. I recommended this vet to my brother and he was treated poorly by the office manager and office staff. Some education in tact and customer service is desperately needed here. I will not return and will never recommend this vet to anyone again.
