We've been taking our many cats here over the span of the past 23 years. Dr. Ross is caring and compassionate ( especially for end of life care) and if he doesn't know the answer to your question, he will find out and get back to you. He's personable and the office is run efficiently This practice is popular so book in advance.
Friendly and very professional. Clean and well staffed. Lovely facility right off of Highway 12. Very convenient. Byrd became a new client. She loved it
Extremely happy with the vet, assistant and office staff. Very friendly and helpful. Wish we had found them a long time ago, but now they're our favorite and I highly recommend.
I am so happy with this vet office! Dr. Ross was amazing and very thorough and he made some accommodations to get an emergency test done for our cat. I highly recommend them everybody’s super professional and courteous! They also honor a free exam within 30 days of adopting your pet.
I called in stating that my cat had a sore on his neck and that I thought it was a bite from our other indoor cat. The man I spoke to was extremely understanding and thorough. He explained in full detail of what’s expected, and worse case scenario etc. He even asked if I could send him a photo to their email so they could get an idea of a treatment plan beforehand.
