I went in for cleaning, the Dr never did the cleaning billed my insurance and told me to make an appt for fill in so I thought he was going to do the cleaning then ( which was weird). When I told them the office said it is in my chart he cleaned me. How ironic. The office staff was super rude. Very disappointing.
If there was a zero option star I definitely would have rated it zero stars. I loved this place and so did my family. We have been going to this dental office for at least 6 years. There were two prominent Dentists that worked there earlier and they left to get their own practice. I loved the place so much I still stayed, but I noticed every time I went I had a new dentist every time. I had a very good experience here I went with an issue with my tongue and they were able to help me with that as well as offer me a cleaning with my appointment. everything was very easy. X-rays did not hurt. I felt very comfortable and the staff was very friendly, especially front desk staff Genesis, who was very kind.
I went to this dentist for the first time this summer (2023) for a regular cleaning which is covered by my insurance. Only two days after the appointment I was unable to chew food without pain on the left side of my teeth. I made a 2nd appointment for them to fix whatever was done to make my teeth feel this way. The first time it was a female dentist and the 2nd time it was a male. He had said she applied the filing too high or unevenly which is why I felt discomfort chewing on the left side so he said he would level it out.... read more
