I went to this store a month again to buy Benjamin Moore paint for my touch up project. To my surprise, even with the correct code, the paint did not match the color on my bathroom wall. When I explained my frustration to the owner of the store, he went above and beyond both trying to make new ones and adjust the ones we had, with all his effort and dedication, eventually, we were able to get the paint that matches our wall which saved us from re painting the whole bathroom. I will second the many other 5-star reviews of Montgomery True Value! Like others have said, they will give you personal and expert advice so you walk out the door with questions answered & problems solved. I'll also point out how convenient it is that they are located in a shopping center that also has a large grocery store, pet store, bicycle shop, movie theater, shoe repair store, and many others. I have visited this store several times over the past 8 months and never cease to be amazed at the questions that the young man in charge of the place can answer. I went in today looking for Arm and Hammer Super Washing Soda. He knew that it contained Sodium Carbonate and that Baking Soda was Sodium Bicarbonate which could be transformed into Sodium Carbonate by baking! Furthermore, while they did not have the item I wanted, he had Sodium Carbonate used for pool filters that fit my needs exactly. Amazing. Thank you, True Val... read more

Amazing customer service. I went there on November 1st. They were closing at night, and they stayed until I got a key copy. They were kind and the key worked very well. And the price was excellent. Two key duplicates for less than 5 dollars. Those key copy machines at the supermarkets charge 10 dollars per key copy and they don't work when you have an original key!!!!!
