Not great communication. Didn't answer or return calls or texts. They called one day out of the blue to come do the job immediately, after I had given up, thinking I had lost my deposit. However, the crew were friendly and worked hard. They did their best considering their bucket trucks were broken, climbing up to "top" my trees. In retrospect I can't help but think they should have shaped my trees rather than merely topped them. Without their buckets they couldn't reach the long branches in the middle range of the trees. Scammer. Steve came to my house with his dad in the back seat of his car and wrote me up an estimate requiring a $200 deposit. Never heard from him again.

Do not trust this guy this company. He gave my elderly parents an estimate and he took $100 cash deposit but he never answered any of their calls and he did not come back to our house to do the work as he promised. Scammer!

Steve is a hack. He caused all sorts of damage to my lawn and fence, when removing a neighbor’s tree. He doesn’t have the skill set to climb, so he dropped my neighbor’s tree through my front yard. He flat out refused to clean up his mess, and did not make repairs to the damage he caused. He is completely incapable of doing anything correctly. Use any other tree service.
