Had an alignment and tire problem while passing through conroe tx, stopped here to see if they could help with at least a tire, ray and Sal along with their crew stayed over and helped me all 4 tires and an alignment with a more than fair price.
Sal had the oddball size wheel i needed, and installed the tire in just a few minutes. Highly recommend!
I called up to Montgomery tire and asked if they had a specific tire in stock, my current tire is very unsafe and the guy on the other end took my name and my number said he’d call back in 5 mins…. 2hours go by and I call back.. a lady answers the phone has no knowledge of my call and says she’ll call me back..well it’s been another hour.. no call back! Great pricing and service and had the tractor tires I needed there the next morning
Used this company for a few years never had an issue until recently. They completely over charged me and did things I did not ask. Charged me over 200 for labor when they had my car for 45 minutes $100 of labor JUST for the oil change plus the cost of oil change. Have reached out multiple times asking for someone to call me and explain and they won’t respond. Terrible last experience
