If I could do a million stars I would. Our dog died on July 3rd. We were three hours from home and 1.5 hours from them. Being Fourth of July weekend, many places were closed. ( happened at like 3pm) They stayed open late for us. We couldn't get there until 6. The owners were so compassionate and understanding. The only thing he asked was that two of us come because he recently had surgery ( hip or knee I think?) so we could help transport our 60lb lab. We wanted to bring our fur baby here because they do individual pet cremation and I can't express enough how amazing the staff here are. They really went above and beyond for us taking care of our dog Ruger not to mention, we only put away enough money for the cremation and pawprint and didn't think of the fees/taxes at the time and didn't have enough to pay for everything with them so I had to tell them to not do the pawprint but they did it for us anyway and I couldn't be more grateful. Absolutely disappointed with the entire process. My mother passed in Jan. Cremated and was arranged with Rachel to come pick her ashes up first thing on a Friday morning. It’s over a two hour drive for us. We coordinated with Rachel. When we arrived not a single person there, lights out.
