I’ve been at this location since before it became MSS, the previous owner was cool so I was apprehensive about a corporate company taking over since I’m a handshake look you in the eye type of guy. I’ve been at this location for over 4 years. I’ll say since MSS took over they have been absolutely accommodating to anything I need. The staff are always responsive and helpful. Great location with easy access!!! My cargo trailer is in great hands; all staff members are very helpful and professional. I called to check on my trailer and I received a screenshot within minutes. This is a great place to store your valuables and I will continue to use Montgomery Self Storage from now on. This place is awesome!!!
My daughter and her boyfriend attempted to rent a storage unit today, Sandra (the office help) approached my daughter asking her if she is drunk, my daughter has a spinal injury and it not able to walk correctly. My daughter let her know she has not been drinking, she has an injury.
