Never got a bill. Sent to collections. Tried calling several times during business hours. The phone rings a few times and then get a message "sorry mailbox is full"....
I sent them payment for a bill and ever 3 months it's never been cashed. They never contacted me. Just got a call from collections saying I didn't pay the bill. They never even sent me a second bill, never called, never gave any notice, just went straight a to collections agency, even though the bill is only a few months past due. But I sent in the payment!
Very incompetent spoke with them concerning my bill. Gave insurance information twice and ensured me it was taken care of.Well just got a call from collections.
I was sent to get an mri as part of a workman's compensation injury. Their billing department was incompetent and failed to bill workman's compensation claim and they now are harassing me to pay for their incompetence.
