I recently moved into Montgomery Place in Saint Paul, and I am absolutely loving it so far! The property is quiet, clean, and beautifully maintained. I was scheduled for a tour yesterday afternoon, but the tour was canceled by the leasing office. I received a text confirmation at 11:53am that I had to confirm or decline the tour by 1pm for a 2pm showing that same day. I was driving from 3 hours away and was not able to check my phone and received another text alert at 1pm that my showing had been canceled. Montgomery Place is a great place to call home! The apartments are stylish, roomy, and well-kept. Management is attentive, and any maintenance issues are resolved quickly. The location is perfect—close to everything yet still peaceful.
I love the architectural design of this building! The other new buildings in this neighborhood are all so boring. This one has two twin buildings with huge windows and they're are a great improvement to the neighborhood. It's probably my favorite building! The summer flowers in the rain garden are also nice.
I just moved in! I love the floor to ceiling windows and the close proximity to coffee shops and a grocery store. Management made my move-in so easy.
