Receptionist was incredibly rude. Cut me off within my first sentence and had a horrible attitude. Then after cutting me off didn't let me speak and just hung up.
I'm sure the doctor is great, but whoever the receptionist is, is very rude. I asked a question, not rude at all, and she replies with an attitude, "Well, number one, we're not taking new patients." I explain that on the Google page, that it says they are (so that it can be updated). And in the same rude, put upon tone she replies, "They're wrong." At this point I was uncomfortable, so I just told her to have a nice day and I hung up. You're a receptionist. You're supposed to have good customer service, not treat people like... read more
