Dr. Ahmed and the entire team has been incredibly caring and proactive to me and my health. Although sinus surgery and recovery is not easy, I have felt supported and understood. Dr. Ahmed is super skilled and did what I call, " roto rooter" throughout.my sinuses. This is the worst doctor's office I have seen in the DMV. The front office staff does not think customer service is part of their job. They are not sitting there to help customers instead they are sitting as if they own the practice. They are extremely rude and say they are not taking cash paying customers since their software is being upgraded.
