The first time I went to the practice a few years ago I found the wait times a bit long but got what I needed, which was a referral elsewhere for a surgeon. This second time I needed an orthopedic I wish I had gone elsewhere. I'm not sure the dr actually looked at my MRI, he should have given me a boot right off the bat before sending me for an MRI based on my swelling and pain, and I never got a call back from him after calling the front desk several times and asking to speak with him about the results. I didn't get a chance to see a doctor at this facility- but the customer service in the office was terrible when trying to make an appointment. At my first attempt to schedule, the call was answered hastily, with no greeting- just a command to hold. I was on hold for almost 5 minutes before being automatically directed to voicemail. I waited 1 hour to call back and the call was handled in a very similar way. They take very good care of you!!!
Everyone at the office is nice and helpful. They attempt to answer and resolve any questions or issues that you may have. My surgeon, Sam Puleo is little quirky in terms of the way he conveys his ideas but he is definitely a competent and capable surgeon. The only downside to this office is the wait time when you have an appt. You may have an appt scheduled for 4:00pm and not be seen for hours.Try to schedule in the morning if possible.
