Hire more Nurses Aids. Not enough help. Poor food. Under cooked and making people sick!
RecommendedMontgomery Nursing & Rehab has always been a wonderful place. They have always taken great care of my mother and cared for her with love and respect. During this COVID19 crisis they have gone above and beyond to make sure the residents are able to keep in contact with their loved ones and are available via phone any time of the day or night.
I cannot say enough about how wonderful this facility is. The staff are so caring. They go above and beyond to keep families connected to their loved ones with videos , pictures, posts, etc. In this trying time of Coronavirus, I want Carla and her fabulous staff to know how very much my family and I appreciate your wonderful care for my dad, Charlie. Thank you for keeping him safe and happy!
My mother Maxine was in the MNRC for about 4 weeks till her passing away. The staff was so good to her and her husband. Some of them we got to know personally as they live close to Hillsboro. We were happy that Maxine had staff to make her stay comfortable.
They took good care of my husband's mother before she passed. Very helpful with every aspect of everything that needed to be done. A very good facility, recommend it highly.
Thank you all for the wonderful care you gave Louise. Cannot say enough about all the staff that was so caring. Louise was part of their family....so much love and compassion. Thank You all for All you do...Many great memories.
