After filling out paperwork for.my daughter to be seen i received a text msg on memorial day giving a date. I called back and could not get through to anyone so I left a msg on the answering machine specifically stated I need a phone call to reschedule because they scheduled the appointment on a day I work. very nice and helpful but they ground my molars down too far, did nothing when I couldn't bite with my molars, and gave me a 400 dollar pair of retainers that split apart in 3 months now my teeth are back to the way they were.

Used insulting/scare tactics to try and get me to do extras “your nose wouldn’t look so big!” Or the other thing I was told “If you wait too long, we can’t do anything else for you as an adult and you’d have to have excruciating jaw surgery. You wouldn’t want that now would you?” All that to convince me for expensive cosmetic changes. Non essential to fixing my bite. Then when I did all those things, suffered they just kept adding more time to how long I was going to be in these various devices. At first it was a year, then ... read more

My daughter got her braces in Jan this year. Nothing but good results so far. I really like the staff as well.
