very nice and helpful but they ground my molars down too far, did nothing when I couldn't bite with my molars, and gave me a 400 dollar pair of retainers that split apart in 3 months now my teeth are back to the way they were.
Used insulting/scare tactics to try and get me to do extras “your nose wouldn’t look so big!” Or the other thing I was told “If you wait too long, we can’t do anything else for you as an adult and you’d have to have excruciating jaw surgery. You wouldn’t want that now would you?” All that to convince me for expensive cosmetic changes. Non essential to fixing my bite.
