Unbelievably rude, obnoxious! Unhelpful, uncaring! Avoid at all costs.
If Google would let me give 0 stars. The worst experience I've ever had. Their systems and support team are horrible - no one can ever help in a single call, it always requires a callback. When I first became a customer, my doctor had to send multiple prescriptions in - we were finally about to give up, but they finally found the order. Now today being a customer for over a month I had to spend over an hour trying to reorder oxygen - they delivered a tank, they are billing me, but they say they have no record of my account. ... read more
I’m sorry to say that I have been using CPAP for a few yrs, my primary & secondary insurance cover everything & no balance in the past. I had my insurance customer rep. to reach out to Montgomery billing Dept. & I was told by my insurance rep. that I don’t & never did have any copay or balance bc the insurances I have, & the Montgomery Rep. stated that they need time to catch up their billing process. Horrible horrible service with this firm. Staff is not properly trained to use systems and phones. Have no knowledge of who they are calling and fail to review records of patient prior to calling. When asking for manager your out on hold and never given to a person. They abide not care at all.
Difficult company to work with. Billing is extremely inconsistent and almost fraudulent. One positive is the oxygen department staff (not Billing) are friendly and helpful to the best of their abilities.
