Staff put WRONG MEDICAL INSURANCE INFO IN SYSTEM. HAD ME INNHOLF FOR AN HOUR AND SWITCHING MEVTO DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS.MY MOTHER INLAW NEEDS A PORTABLE OXYGEN CONECTRATER. HOWEVER SINE THET INPUT INSURANCE IN CORRECT SHE HAD TO WAIT 3 TO 5 DAYS TO GET APPROVED. THIS OUTFIT AND STAFF ARE RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. THE INDURANCE COMPANY HAD A 3 WAY CONDONWITH THEM VERY RUDE AND HUNG UP ON THE 3 WAY INSURANCE COMPANY THAT HELPED. CALL ING SEND BACK ALL HOME OXYGEN THEY DELIVERED.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My husband had a total knee replacement & despite having told them at the hospital "we have a walker in the car"(we have 5 walkers)they stated upon his discharge "take this one, it's newer & it's covered!" So, we put it in the car. He used it for a week & a half (VERY minimally on carpeting inside the house) THEN the bill came! It came in my name oddly so today I phoned & asked "why?" on a few things. Unbelievably rude, obnoxious! Unhelpful, uncaring! Avoid at all costs.
If Google would let me give 0 stars. The worst experience I've ever had. Their systems and support team are horrible - no one can ever help in a single call, it always requires a callback. When I first became a customer, my doctor had to send multiple prescriptions in - we were finally about to give up, but they finally found the order. Now today being a customer for over a month I had to spend over an hour trying to reorder oxygen - they delivered a tank, they are billing me, but they say they have no record of my account. ... read more
