Booked a new patient appointment online for my mom. The next day I was called and informed that for a doctor appointment they aren’t accepting new patients until 2026. I was told that I shouldn’t have been able to schedule a new patient appointment online and it was a mistake. Well wouldn’t you call you corporate office and let them know.
