I can only assume they were training a new grill cook, because everything came out overcooked, even after the recook. The medium well burger came out a charred, dry, hockey puck that was beyond well+. The medium filet mignon wasn't even butterflied and came out a lopsided mess of medium well and well, while the medium rare filet mignon came out well.
