Absolute clowns. Don't expect them to show up for services booked, don't expect them to send you any paperwork, and don't expect them to contact you in anyway.
Plumber repaired tap and it resulted in flooding my basement appartment. They claim no responsibility and will not cover extensive damage costs. They left me for 2 days before they declined to accept responsibilty. Now I have to sue them for these costs! Would not have them in my home again.
From my experience I would not recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing repairs. Be prepared to have your money taken without any satisfying results and having them to say they'll come the next day in which they didn't making up excuses.
After trying the usual ways to unclog a kitchen sink, we finally called a plumber! On Tuesday of this week a plumber came and assessed that an auger was needed to unclog the drain. After two tries, it was realized that the auger was not successful as it was too short! Going outside to see under our home it was determined that it was a two man job and we were advised he would be back first thing in the morning (Wednesday).
