Management is the worst. Maintenance is beyond words. Unprofessional from cleanliness to communication. The view was nice. Everything and everyone to do with living experience (esp the management company, Cabrio) is complete garbage. Not worth half the money they charge.
I am posting on behalf of a friend that lives in this apartment building. This building is beautiful and in a prime location. All of the 5 star reviews are from the Airbnb or VRBO customers, not actual residents of the building. The truth is that this building has been a nightmare from the start. Like someone previously stated, they could not move us in on ANY agreed move in dates because the building didn't pass code. They delayed us all several months to move in.
