A great experience. We signed up for the Avoca. Works commenced September 2023. Final inspection completed and we now have the keys (June 2024). Our supervisor has been fantastic. Even though a while back, all selections has been a smooth experience. Staff are very professional and lovely to deal with. We have been in our home for 10 months now and we are loving it. I recently had the pleasure of building with Montgomery Homes and couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, albeit minor reasonable delays (before the contract signing, merely due to the exigencies of building on a steep land), their coordination and construction quality were exceptional.
