Montgomery General Hospital provides good medical care and has some truly professional, caring staff members who go above and beyond for their patients. However, the level of professionalism isn’t consistent across the board. While many employees are courteous and respectful, there are a few who could improve their attitude and communication with patients. Overall, it’s a decent hospital that does its job well, but a bit more consistency in professionalism would make the experience much better.

Terrible communication between doctors and nurses. Rude and so much lack of knowledge for patients' health. They made me think I was fine and released me. Went to CAMC and was hospitalized for 5 days.

Had to come get blood and other pre-op requirements and wasn't here for more than 30 minutes. Staff was very courteous and did their job professionally and efficiently. The phlebotomy nurse in training did very well and was very kind.

Er staff Jenna was rude and would not give an update on a patient. They r very hard to get to answer the phone at night. And they don't like to do there job.
