I recently purchased an expensive fishing rod from here that one of the guides had come off of, which is a manufacturers defect. They said because they are not factory direct dealers they are not abe to exchange it out for another one and that I would need to contact the manufacturer who is going to charge me between $40 and $60 to fix it! The sales person then told me that if I would have purchased the same rod from any of the other sporting goods stores I would have been able to exchange it! My husband and I were here yesterday afternoon. Lowe Reding was my husband's father and the original manager of the Co-op and we always enjoy visiting! The current manager, Josh Briggs, was gracious and welcoming: what a treat to see that this landmark is so beloved by its current tenants.
I trust the Co-Op with all my car repair needs and have for years. These guys are honest and extremely reasonable. I highly recommend.
