Ted Peterson came to our house to put the hospital bed together. He was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Afterwards, when he came to disassemble the bed and take the equipment, he was thoughtful and kind.
One of your drivers (van #93), hit my side mirror while I was parked outside my son's school. He didn't stop, didn't check in to make sure it was ok. He just kept driving. I confronted him about it inside the school, and all he said was "Oh, yeah. Sorry about that." I guess that's the type ig clowns you employ.
