Highly recommend! Grace is very knowledgeable and understands how to address body stress points. She tailors to the needs of the individual and makes recommendations for day-to-day body stress relievers. I've been a client for some time now and I always leave feeling better.

Grace always addresses my areas of concern and takes the time to work at the source of my problems (which isn’t always where there’s discomfort/tension)—she is very skilled and knowledgeable. My range of motion and flexibility is greatly improved and my tension & discomfort gone or significantly reduced. I always feel so much better afterwards!
