Grace always addresses my areas of concern and takes the time to work at the source of my problems (which isn’t always where there’s discomfort/tension)—she is very skilled and knowledgeable. My range of motion and flexibility is greatly improved and my tension & discomfort gone or significantly reduced. I always feel so much better afterwards! Grace is professional, kind and very capable. She tries successfully to make me physically comfortable during our time together. She seems to know intuitively when to check in with me.
