changing my review from 1 star to 4 . like anywhere there is workers who care and workers who are simply there for a pay check. after being here for a few months ive been able to steer clear from those people and just deal with those whom care. i do have some frustrations but thats life.
I have had an amazing experience. The nurses and counselors have been great. You do have to follow the rules which i believe where some negative reviews come from. If you have clean drug screens go to counseling and bring your takehome bottles back there are no issues and staff will help in any way they can. As disgusting as it is there some concern about diversion so bring your bottle back and when you get a callback go in. If you are doing things the right way there shouldn't be an issue. I live right by here with my parents but they will not accept me as a patient when I never was even kicked out in the first place. I will not go to the other clinic in Montgomery county (Pottstown CTC) because they are bad, too. So, just because I left this place 2 years ago never on a bad note, they will now not take the me back. This makes no sense and I can't just get off of methadone. I've been going to this clinic for a little over a year , I transferred from Delaware County, Lansdowne treatment Services. Sooo, in the beginning everything was fine..literally no issues. A few weeks ago my County insurance was stopped so I was called into see Donna & Terri. I was told by them to go to Guardenzia for funding but I was also made to sign forms stating my account was now at $650 and I had to pay it off my $100 a week. But to go get funding. Fine ! I do everything I’m supposed to at this clinic, I don’t cause any problems, and yet & still my only problem with this place is they don’t have a sense of urgency to honor take home/incentive systems here. They take over a month to get you something that should only take a couple weeks yet when someone messes up there they are so quick to instantly punish them. Typical addition clinic most people are just there for a paycheck.
