Poor Billing service, the lady I spoke with was nice. However the bill they sent me is wrong they billed my old insurance company. So. I have to deal with a bill from my deceased wife.
I don’t know what the problem is at this office! After waiting almost 3 months for an appointment, the office calls me 2 days before my appointment to tell me “ The doctor won’t be in that day so they have to reschedule”? Ok, so I am rescheduled for 2 MORE MONTHS LATER. This second time, they call me 3 days ahead of appointment to tell me “ The doctor won’t be in the day of my appointment, so I need to reschedule”! I've never been to this office. They sent me a bill, but it didn't say what it's for and their billing agency is beyond useless. It's been 4 months and they still can't tell me what the bill was for.
AVOID!!! AVOID!!! Unless your time has absolutely no value to you- because it truly is not a care for them. My 1st experience here was OK, then everything went downhill. They had my husband waiting months for his sleep study, only to find it was never ordered. We had to wait 3 more months for his CPAP return, again failure to follow through by the office.
