We have yet again had extraordinary care provided to us by the MCMH Emergency Department staff. My son had a partial amputation of his fingertip and the access team quickly checked us in and notified us they were full in the ED. Within minutes we were brought back by paramedic Dani to a room and he was immediately attended to by his nurse Teresa and paramedic Dani. They were so patient and kind to my son. Great experience at the ER. The VA sent me the Veteran to you guys because they were either unwilling or unable to treat I.E prescribe Steroids. Very disappointing in the VA
