This place is a complete joke and the employees are literally getting paid very well by the tax payers to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Their entire employee parking lot was full of cars and my question had to be answered by a receptionist, who I'm assuming has been instructed not to allow customers to talk to actual case managers. He had no clue how to answer my question. He kept having to get up and walk to the back, out of view, to speak to his supervisor. I had to go in to ask a question about a letter I received in the mail. I was honestly a little hesitant because of the reviews I had seen on here, but I had a very pleasant experience. The receptionist was very polite and while I had to wait a little longer than I expected, the caseworker that came to talk to me was very polite and professional as well.

I came in to put my son back on my link and they were so rude to me an pretty much called me stupid an wasn't explaining anything well I don't go there anymore! Not to mention I was 6 months pregnant
