Small and right on point. Great place and super helpful.
I had to go in to ask a question about a letter I received in the mail. I was honestly a little hesitant because of the reviews I had seen on here, but I had a very pleasant experience. The receptionist was very polite and while I had to wait a little longer than I expected, the caseworker that came to talk to me was very polite and professional as well.
I came in to put my son back on my link and they were so rude to me an pretty much called me stupid an wasn't explaining anything well I don't go there anymore! Not to mention I was 6 months pregnant
What's amazing is the fact public aid sends out letters stating you're going to get an increase in your EBT benefits instead change the laws and lowered it even further to the point where I can only get a handful of groceries that only last a week.
