I was there for 4 ish months. I will say I have never seen a place so DISGUSTING 🤢 they told me they was tearing them down and building new so I signed until all the sudden they don’t have the funds heartbroken. I started seeing ROACHS mind you I’m a very clean person and 4 months in a place isn’t gonna make that issue. Their communication was horrible they way they treated me as someone who wanted to do better i wasn’t planning on staying long I just wanted to make the best and buy a home. Definitely not a place worth looking to live. They encourage maintenance to scrounge around in your personal belongings. Personally had stuff stolen and when confronted they gave us a 30 day notice to leave.
These folks need to remember they are working to help people not discredit or down them for being less fortunate...would love to call higher up people in hud office to let them know how there people treat others
