Station 13 medics and fire station 91 were all very rude. Tried to open a gate for them to get to an emergency in Lake Conroe Hills. They were all very rude and unprofessional.
MCHD has some of the most unprofessional employees I’ve ever seen. They argue. They refuse to follow facility policies when entering them, and argue about that too. They are always reluctant to take people to the hospital, even before covid. So sad that these are our first responders.
When I didn't have any health insurance... The Staff were very helpful for me to obtain coverage. The Ambulance service's were excellent. I had issues with my lungs and heart... They knew excellent service. One time it took 1 hour to get my heart rate down. They assured my Son who just 15yrs old that i was going to be fine. I had an ablation and turned out wonderful
