Terrible servicio al cliente , solo iba a dejar unos papeles y la persona que me atendió dijo que tenía 4 personas antes de mi y paso 1 hora en el teléfono y con una sábana en cima y no pasó mi uno de los 4 que supuestamente tenía antes de mi , deberían mejorar el servicio al cliente sino tienes la capacidad para trabajar con servicio al cliente no se que haces en un lugar así
I came here long time ago like 6 years ago to apply for food stamps because I got laid off from work. I came here because of hardship. They told me I needed a job in order to qualify for food stamps. I never heard such a thing. The reason why I’m applying is because I’m not working anymore… they said I need to work atleast part time. And I can’t be enrolled in college.
